Portland Timbers Projects at Providence Park
This CM/GC contract included multiple projects to improve Providence Park for the Portland Timbers. Scope included team locker rooms, concessions throughout the stadium, and luxury suites. A new freestanding team retail store was built just outside the entrance. Work took place in the operational Providence Park with special care taken to minimize disruption to the public in a busy urban setting.
